3. Calculators & Estimation Tools — Important Disclaimer

Our warehouse calculator, racking calculator, and other estimation tools provide preliminary estimates only. They are NOT engineering certifications, structural assessments, or substitutes for a CSA A344-17-compliant engineering review by a licensed professional.

Output from these tools should be used for initial planning purposes only. Any actual racking installation, modification, repair, or capacity decision MUST be reviewed and signed off by a qualified racking engineer with full knowledge of your facility, jurisdiction, building code, and operational requirements.

416 Industrial expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on calculator output without subsequent professional engineering review.

4. Quote Requests & Service Engagement

Submission of a quote request through this website does not constitute an offer to provide services, a contract, or a binding agreement. Any actual engagement requires:

• A site visit or detailed scope review by 416 Industrial
• A written quote or proposal from 416 Industrial
• Written acceptance of that quote by you
• An executed service agreement or purchase order, where applicable

Until those steps are completed, no contractual relationship exists. Pricing and timelines mentioned in informal exchanges are not binding.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by 416INDUSTRIAL INC. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for any other purpose without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario sitting in Toronto, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
