Asked a lot:
What brand of racking do you sell?
Redirack, new and used. If another brand comes in from a tear-down, it is listed in a clearance lot with the brand named. How to tell if you have Redirack
Will your used beams fit my existing racking?
If your racking is Redirack, yes. Other brands don’t always fit. Tick “I’m adding to existing racking” in your quote list and attach a photo of your beam connector and upright holes. We check whether it’s Redirack before you buy.
What do grades A, B and C mean?
Grade A is straight and clean, with light scuffs at most. Grade B is straight, with visible scuffs, label residue or paint loss. Grade C is straight, with heavier cosmetic wear or surface rust. Steel with bent columns, cracked welds or damaged connectors isn’t graded or sold.
How much weight will the racking hold?
It depends on the frames and beams. Tell us your heaviest pallet when you ask for a quote.
What if you don’t have my size?
Set a stock alert and we’ll email you when a matching lot comes in, or add it to your quote list and we’ll price it new if we can get it.
Can I see the stock before I buy?
Yes. Ask for photos of the pieces, or book a time to see them at the yard.
Do you buy forklifts and floor scrubbers?
Yes, running or not. Send photos of the machine, the data plate and the hour meter, and we send you an offer. Sell a used forklift.
Can I see a machine before I buy?
Yes. Call or text (647) 692-4416 to book a time to see it in Concord, ON. We can also send more photos or a video.
Can I use a used lift truck in my workplace right away?
Not until it has been inspected. A used lift truck or work platform has to be inspected by a qualified person before it’s used at work, and that’s up to the buyer.
Can I order more than one?
Most machines are one of a kind, so the quote list takes one. Where we have several of the same item, the product page lets you choose how many.
How far ahead should I book a removal?
10 business days or more before the crew’s last day holds your date. Inside that there is still no rush charge: send photos and we answer yes or no within one business day. Check your date.
Is there a labour charge to take racking down?
Redirack you don’t need to sell: no labour charge if we keep it. Other brands are priced from your photos, with an offer on anything we can resell. If we can’t take it, or you’re keeping it, we quote the job from your photos.
What happens to the anchor holes?
Anchors are cut flush with the floor as standard. Anything more the lease asks for, like filled anchor holes, is quoted with the job.
The last tenant left racking in our unit. Can you take it out?
Yes. We take it down so you can move in, reset any bays you want to keep, and make an offer on the rest if it is yours or the landlord’s to sell. Racking left behind.
Do you install used racking?
Yes. We install used racking from our stock, and new Redirack. See what’s in stock.
Can you change beam heights or add a level?
Yes, on racking that’s already up. The bays we change need to be empty first. Beam changes.
Do you buy racking and equipment?
Yes. Send photos through the buy-back program and we make an offer. We take down the racking we buy and remove it. We buy equipment running or not.
How fast do I get an offer?
Within one business day of getting your photos. Send them through the offer form or text them to (647) 692-4416.
Do you take any brand, standing or already down?
Any brand, standing or already down. Send photos of any damage with the rest, and the quote says how we handle it.
How do I get paid?
The payment terms are written into the offer, so you see them before you say yes.
Why is ordering done by quote?
Used stock changes and delivery depends on your site, so we confirm stock, pricing and delivery before you pay.
How fast do you reply?
Within one business day. You get a quote number as soon as you send your quote list.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A deposit holds the crew date. The amount and the rest of the terms are in your written quote.
How can I pay?
E-transfer, cheque, cash on pickup or credit card. Credit card is for smaller orders; large orders and used racking are paid by e-transfer, cheque or cash. Orders are paid ahead of time or at pickup. Payment details
Are prices before tax?
Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before HST and delivery.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We can arrange delivery in the GTA and Southern Ontario. The price depends on how much is going and where, and it is on your quote.
