Three of Vaughan’s industrial areas:

• Concord: around CN’s MacMillan Yard, served by Highways 400 and 407. Under 5 km.
• Vaughan Enterprise Zone: 1,660 hectares from Steeles Avenue to Nashville Road, between Highway 50 and Highway 27, with Highway 427 through it and CPKC’s Vaughan Intermodal Terminal inside it. About 20 km, along the 407 and up the 427.
• West Woodbridge and Pine Valley, employment areas near the 407.

Tear-downs and buy-back

Frames, beams, wire decks and post protectors all go. On a tear-down we take the decks and beams off, take the frames down, and bundle the steel for the truck. If you just need it gone and don’t need to sell it: no labour charge if we keep it. Racking we can’t take, or that you’re keeping, we still take down and remove. That job is quoted from your photos.

If you’d rather sell your racking, we make an offer within one business day of your photos. Once you accept, our crew takes it down and removes it.

We also buy forklifts and floor scrubbers, running or not, and install new and graded used racking. The removal page lists the photos that make a quote quick.
