Industrial areas in Brampton

Three of Brampton’s secondary plan areas allow warehouses and distribution centres:

  • Airport Intermodal: Torbram Road to Goreway Drive, around the CN terminal on Intermodal Drive. About 20 km.
  • Highway 410 and Steeles: the lands around the Highway 410 interchange at Steeles Avenue, where the plan allows warehousing. About 25 km.
  • Highway 427 Industrial: about 1,200 hectares from Castlemore Road to Mayfield Road, between The Gore Road and Highway 50, planned for logistics and warehouses. About 20 to 25 km.

Highways 407, 410 and 50 serve these areas.
