Multi-phase racking projects need someone owning the schedule. We assign a PM, run weekly status, track every dependency — you get one number to call.

What this service is

One PM, every dependency tracked.

On large projects — multiple bays, multiple racking systems, mezzanines, conveyors, permits, multiple trades — most of the delay comes from no one owning the dependencies. A 416 PM owns them.

Our project managers are racking-specialist PMs — they know which permit clears before steel ships, which trade follows electrical, which dependency causes a 2-week slip if missed. Weekly status, single channel of communication, escalation path that doesn't go through a call centre.

Most installs don't need PM — they're handled cleanly by our install lead. PM is for multi-system projects (selective + push-back + VNA in one install), projects with mezzanines or conveyors, projects with active operations that need phased shutdowns, and lease-end consolidations where the new site is still being built.

Process

Kickoff

PM assigned. Project plan + timeline + dependency map shared. Weekly standing meeting scheduled.

Pre-build coordination

Permits, drawings, steel order, install crew, lift equipment, electrical, sprinkler — every dependency tracked + reported weekly.

Execution

Install in motion. PM on-site for key milestones. Issues escalated to you within the same business day.

Handoff

Joint walk-through, signed install certificate, as-built CAD, load placards verified. PM stays available 30 days post-handoff.
