Permits & stamps, we handle the paperwork.
Municipal permit packages + P.Eng stamps where required. Most GTA municipalities + structural racking above 25 ft. We do the paperwork, you sign off.
Permit application + engineering review.
Most racking projects don't need a permit. Some absolutely do — and getting it wrong means the city can red-tag your install and shut down the warehouse.
Permit requirements vary by municipality. As a general guide: racking over 25 ft tall, racking that supports pedestrian access, racking on a mezzanine, and racking in a seismic-rated building typically requires a building permit + engineered stamp. We track the requirements across every GTA municipality and handle the application as part of our supply-and-design scope.
Our P.Eng partner reviews and stamps drawings under signed engagement. You don't hire a separate engineer, you don't manage the back-and-forth — we coordinate everything and deliver a permit-ready package for your municipality.
Four steps. No surprises.

Permit application
Application package compiled — stamped drawings, BOM, anchor calculations, site plan. Submitted to the municipality on your behalf.
Approval & follow-up
We track the file through approval, respond to any plan-examiner queries, and route the approved permit back to you for posting on-site.

OBC 2024 Compliance

P.Eng Stamp (PEO)
Stamps issued by Professional Engineers Ontario member firms. Required for all racking permits in every GTA municipality.
RMI / CSA A344-17
