Questions about racking left behind
Who owns racking left by a previous tenant?
Your lease or the landlord decides. Before we buy left-behind racking we ask for the landlord’s written OK, and if it may have been financed we check for a lien before we pay. If it isn’t yours or the landlord’s to sell, we still take it down and remove it, and quote that from your photos.
Can you start before our move-in date?
Yes, if the landlord gives access. Tell us the day you get the keys and the day you need the floor, and we plan the crew days between them.
Will you buy the racking that was left?
If it is in good shape and the owner is clear, we make an offer and take it off your quote. If not, we still take it down and remove it.
Can we keep part of it?
Yes. Mark the bays you want to keep on your photos or on a site visit. We take down the rest and reset the bays you keep.
Do you take any brand?
Any brand, standing or already down. We only put back up racking that comes from one maker, so the parts match.

The GTA and Southern Ontario, including Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Milton. Site visits in the GTA are free.
