Quotes & pricing
Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars, before HST and delivery. Stock and pricing are confirmed on your written quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them; used stock is not held until a quote is accepted.
Payment
Orders are paid ahead of time or at pickup, by e-transfer, cheque, cash or credit card. Credit card is not accepted on large orders or used racking. Net 30 terms are offered only to customers we accept into a trade account. We may ask for extra verification on any order before releasing goods.
Guarantee
If a part we supply isn’t up to standard, tell us within a reasonable time after pickup or delivery, with photos, and we replace it. Used racking is sold as graded and as is, and 416 Industrial Inc. takes no liability for used racking once it leaves our yard, including its installation, loading or use.
These limits apply to business buyers. If you buy for personal or household use, you keep your rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.
Used machines and equipment
Machines and equipment marked “as is” are sold as shown, with no warranty and no guarantee. Inspect the item before you buy. A lift truck or work platform needs an inspection by a competent person before it is used in a workplace, and that is the buyer’s responsibility.
Used racking
We don’t sell steel with bent columns, cracked welds or damaged connectors. Compatibility with existing racking is confirmed only when you ask us to check it on your quote. Load capacities depend on the full system; you are responsible for having your racking designed, installed and reviewed as required by applicable codes and regulations, including any Pre-Start Health and Safety Review.
Pickup & delivery
Pickup is in Concord, ON, by arrangement. We load your vehicle; you arrange the truck or driver. Approve your quote by 12 PM and in-stock items are ready the next business day. Delivery charges and timing are set out on your quote. Please inspect goods on pickup or delivery and tell us about any problem right away.
Special orders
Special-order items are brought in for your order. We confirm the price and lead time on your quote before we order. If you might need to cancel or return a special-order item, ask us before you approve the quote.
Returns
Talk to us before returning anything. New, unused items in original packaging can usually be returned; used racking is final sale once picked up or delivered unless we agree otherwise in writing.
