Pallet racking beam changes
When skids are too big for your racking, you may not need new racking. We change beam heights, add beam levels and swap beam sizes on racking that’s already up.

What we change
Beam heights
Move beams up or down so the skids you store now fit, with room to get them in and out.
Add a level
If the frames are tall enough, we add a beam level for more pallet spots in the same bays.
Swap beam sizes
Change to different beams for bigger skids. New Redirack beams on quote, or used from stock when we have your size.
A job in Brampton
The customer needed to fit oversized skids for cross-docking and storage. We added a beam level and resized the beams on the racking that was already up.

Questions about beam changes
Can you change beam heights on racking that’s already up?
Yes. The bays we’re changing get unloaded first, then we move the beams to the new heights.
Can you add a beam level?
Yes, if the frames are tall enough for the extra level. Send a photo of a beam end and the frame label and we check before we quote.
My racking isn’t Redirack. Can you still change it?
Send a photo of the beam end, the holes on the frame and the frame label. If we can get parts for that brand, we quote the change. How to tell if you have Redirack

Is the site visit free?
In the GTA, yes. Farther out, send photos first and we quote from those.
