Racking out or up by the tenant’s date.
For industrial brokers, landlords, property managers and movers. When a tenant is leaving, moving in, or inherits racking, send us the date. We take racking out, put it up, and keep you posted. Vacant unit with the last tenant’s racking? Redirack we keep has no labour charge, and we get the owner’s written OK before we buy.
Or call or text (647) 692-4416.

Who we work with

Send a tenant’s date, or a link with the date filled in. You get three updates: quote out, crew booked, floor clear. Dated photos of the empty floor on request.
- Check a date
Property managers and landlords

Questions from brokers and landlords
Who decides, the tenant or the owner?
Whoever owns the racking. Tell us when you send the date and we make the offer to them, with you copied if they want.
Can you walk the building before it lists?
Yes. Site visits in the GTA are free. Send a few photos first so we arrive ready to price it.
Can you take it out if the owner doesn’t want to sell it?
Yes. Redirack the owner doesn’t need to sell: no labour charge if we keep it. Other brands are quoted from photos.
How fast do you answer?
A written quote or offer within one business day of photos. A date inside 10 business days has no rush charge, and we say yes or no within one business day.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Yes, when the building needs the work done outside business hours. We set the crew days in the written quote.
Where do you work?
The GTA and Southern Ontario, including Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Milton. Site visits in the GTA are free.
