- The rackingTear-down of any brand, standing or already down. Frames, beams, wire decks, pallet supports and post protectors all leave the site. An offer on racking worth reselling, shown as a credit on your quote.
- The buildingOne contact for you and your property manager. Our WSIB clearance certificate for the building, on request. Crew times set with the building: dock, freight elevator, sign-in and quiet hours.
- The walk-throughWalk the floor with us when we finish. If something in the written scope was missed, we come back within two business days to finish it. Anything more the lease asks for, like filled anchor holes, is quoted with the job.

- A deposit holds the crew dateBook at least 10 business days before the crew’s last day to hold your date. No rush charge.
- Down, sorted and loaded outEvery frame, beam and wire deck leaves the building with us. Evenings and weekends when the building needs it.
- The floor is clearAnchors cut flush with the floor. Ask for dated photos of the empty floor for your landlord.

- Send photos now. Quotes hold for 14 days, and the deposit holds the date.

Lease-end racking questions
How long does a tear-down take?
It depends on how many sections there are, how tall they are and how they are anchored. One tear-down we did in August 2026 was standing when the crew arrived and the floor was clear by the end of the day. Your quote lists the crew days for your job.
Do you take racking you can’t resell?
Yes. We still take it down and remove it. That part is quoted from your photos.
Is there a labour charge?
Redirack you don’t need to sell: no labour charge if we keep it. Other brands are quoted from your photos. If you would rather sell it, we make an offer and show it as a credit on your quote.
Do the racks need to be empty first?
Yes. Racks empty and aisles clear on the first crew day, so the crew works on the racking only.
What happens with the anchor holes?
We cut every anchor flush with the floor. If your lease asks for more, like filled holes, tell us and we quote it with the job.
Can you work evenings or weekends?
Yes, on the date-locked racking exit plan, when the building or your schedule needs it. Ask when you send your date.
Will you work with my broker or property manager?
Yes. With your OK we keep them posted when the quote goes out, when the date is booked and when the floor is clear.
Can you move the racking to our new building?
Yes. We dismantle it at the old space and put it back up at the new one, with one quote for both. See racking installation.
Where do you work?
The GTA and Southern Ontario, including Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Milton. Site visits in the GTA are free.
