Industrial areas in North York

Three employment areas in North York, as the City and the local business area name them:

Downsview: Keele Street to Dufferin Street, Steeles Avenue to Wilson Avenue, with warehousing and distribution. About 5 km.
Duke Heights: Steeles Avenue to Sheppard Avenue, Keele Street to Dufferin Street, between Downsview Park and York University. About 5 km.
Highway 400: both sides of Highway 400 from the 401 to Steeles. About 10 km.

North York is the closest part of Toronto to our yard. The Duke Heights business area counted more than 2,500 businesses when it took the name in 2015.

Removal and buy-back

We take down frames, beams, wire decks and post protectors. Redirack you don’t need to sell: no labour charge if we keep it. Other brands are priced from your photos, with an offer on anything we can resell. If we can’t keep the racking, we still take it down and remove it, and quote the job from your photos.

If your lease is ending, or the last tenant’s racking is still up in your new space, we book the tear-down to your date: see lease-end racking removal and racking left behind.

Selling it instead

If you’d rather sell your racking, we make an offer within one business day of your photos. Once you accept, our crew takes it down and removes it.

We also buy forklifts and floor scrubbers, running or not.
