We buy the racking in your building and take it out.
For industrial brokers, landlords and property managers in the GTA. When a tenant leaves pallet racking behind, we make an offer, and our crew takes it down and removes it. Tell us the date the space needs to be empty.
Send the buildingBook a walk-through
Or call or text Nate, (647) 692-4416.
One call before the listing
- Send photos of the racking: the whole run, a frame label, where a beam connects to the frame, and any damage.
- We send an offer within one business day of the photos, or a removal quote if it isn’t worth buying.
- Once your tenant or owner says yes, our crew takes the racking down and removes it on a date that works with the building.
In the form, pick “A client” under “Sending this for”, so we know who to answer.
What we take
Pallet racking of any brand, standing or already down: frames, beams, wire decks, pallet supports and post protectors. We also buy forklifts, floor scrubbers and other warehouse equipment left on site, running or not.
Questions from brokers and landlords
Who decides, the tenant or the owner?
Whoever owns the racking. Tell us when you send photos and we make the offer to them, with you copied if they want.
Can you walk the building before it lists?
Yes. Site visits are free anywhere in the GTA. Send a few photos first so we arrive ready to price it.
The racking isn’t worth buying. Can you still take it out?
Yes. We take racking down and remove it, quoted from your photos. If you just need it gone and don’t need to sell it: no labour charge if we keep it.
How fast do you answer?
An offer within one business day of photos. Everything else, a reply within one business day.
