Manufacturing storage, built for impact zones.

Heavy-duty structural racking, cantilever for long stock, selective for finished goods. Engineered for forklift-impact zones, WIP staging, and just-in-time replenishment cycles.

Built for the way manufacturing warehouses operate.

Manufacturing warehouses are not distribution warehouses. They handle raw stock (irregular shapes, oversized lengths), work-in-process at variable stages, and finished goods all under one roof — with forklift traffic that's higher and less predictable than DC operations.

Our manufacturing installs default to structural racking in the raw-stock and high-traffic zones (bolted construction, heavier-gauge steel, impact-rated), cantilever for lumber/pipe/bar stock, and selective for finished goods staging.

Every manufacturing project includes a traffic-pattern analysis (forklift vs AGV vs manual lanes), aisle protection planning (steel pillar guards mandatory on all column ends), and explicit segregation between WIP staging and shipping-ready zones.

Questions we hear from manufacturing operators.

Structural bolted construction tolerates forklift impact dramatically better than roll-formed selective. In a high-traffic manufacturing zone, you'll absorb 3-5x more forklift contact per year than a DC. The 20-25% upfront cost premium pays back in 18-24 months via lower repair costs.
