Food & beverage storage, rotated FIFO by design.

Gravity-flow pallet systems that rotate inventory by date-of-receipt without manual intervention. CFIA + Health Canada sanitary spec. Engineered for batch-traceability operations.

Built for the way food & beverage warehouses operate.

Food and beverage warehouses live and die by lot rotation. A single mis-shipped pallet of expired product can cost a retailer relationship, trigger CFIA scrutiny, and create a recall trail that takes weeks to resolve.

Our F&B installs default to pallet flow racking at the primary pick face — FIFO is automatic, no warehouse-manager intervention required. For high-density bulk storage of single-SKU pallets we use drive-in racking, and for mixed-SKU specialty lines we use selective with explicit lot-rotation signage.

Every F&B project includes a sanitary-finish review (galvanized vs powder-coat decisions), an inspection schedule aligned to your CFIA Preventive Control Plan (PCP), and clear segregation zones for ingredients vs finished goods.

CFIA-aligned PCP
Frozen-meat distributor — pallet flow + drive-in hybrid
Allergen segregation
Specialty bakery distributor — physically segregated selective zones
Beverage bulk
Craft beverage warehouse — drive-in for same-SKU pallets

Questions we hear from food & beverage operators.

New pallets load from the rear end; gravity rollers move them forward. The front pallet is always the oldest. As soon as the pick happens, the next pallet flows into position. There's no opportunity for a warehouse worker to accidentally pick a newer pallet first — it's mechanically impossible.
